No one teaches us how to communicate for connection.
But it’s never too late to learn how.
Imagine if you could….
-
Bring up hard topics with your partner without shutting down or blowing up.
-
Feel seen, valued, and supported — like you really understand each other.
-
Prevent disagreements from spiraling out of control anymore.
-
Know how to repair, reconnect, and move forward feeling heard and understood.
-
Feel emotionally safe in your relationship– create a climate where you can both be real, honest, and vulnerable.
-
Laugh more. Touch more. Feel like partners not roommates.
If you're like most couples I work with, you're probably not there – yet.
Maybe you feel emotionally disconnected and even lonely in your relationship. And deep down, you want things to change, but don’t know how. Your relationship isn’t broken. You’re just caught in a reactive pattern that doesn’t work. And you’re not alone—no one teaches us how to do this. That’s why I created this program.
I'm Colette Jane Fehr — a licensed psychotherapist, certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, TEDx speaker, and author of the upcoming book The Cost of Quiet.
I created a program for my clients based on more than 13 years of working with couples in my clinical practice. And I’ve incorporated the best of what I wish I had known during my own early marriage. Today, I’m offering something I once needed. And I know it can help you, too.
You don’t have to stay stuck. You just need the right tools to communicate and connect.
Whether you feel like roommates, keep looping through the same argument, or simply want to strengthen your communication and emotional connection — my program will teach you how.

A Letter from Colette
If you’re ready to learn the skills no one ever taught you, I’d be honored to guide you.
I’ve spent the last 14 years working with couples, using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is the gold standard in therapeutic treatment for couples. I’ve taught hundreds of couples how to repair, rebuild, and reconnect using science-backed, attachment-based tools. And I’ve distilled everything I’ve learned—in the therapy room, in my own relationships, and through my TEDx talk and upcoming book The Cost of Quiet—and translated it into this coaching program. This is the program I wish every couple had access to. It’s practical, compassionate, and transformative.
